Visiting London at Easter is probably not the best idea, there are just so many people. At least the weather was a little better - we even got to wear our sunglasses a couple of times.
This morning we caught up with our niece, Jay, who is a teacher and lives not far from where we are staying. It was so good to see her and she even helped us celebrate Easter with chocolate eggs!
We spent most of the day sightseeing - Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Westminster Abby and Cathedral, Big Ben and Tower Bridge, to name a few. Ella is London struck!! Some places were closed because of the holiday and anything that was open had huge queues to get into. We used buses as much as we could which is way more fun than the Underground.
By the time we got back to Southwark tonight, we were exhausted and looking forward to an earlyish night.

Looks like you are having a great time. Happy Easter to you all The weather in NZ is great but the evenings are now getting shorter, time change yesterday. Rory, Bella, Richard, Niamh and Richard had Easter dinner at Niamh's & Richard yesterday. On holidays for the next two weeks or should I say non contact time as I have lots of work to do for school. ERO is visiting in June, that should put me in a spin!!!
